St. Patrick's Day Parade

I was trapped inside all day, but a dear friend was kind enough to accept a salute from my high school's pipes and drums band on my behalf.

One of the reasons I like what I do

I know almost no one other than me understands what this is, but the short story is that the layers "F1 TOP", "F1", and "MAM" are all parts if the endoplasmic reticulum, and the "MITO" layer consists of mitochondria.

This is the best separation between MAM and Mito that I've been able to produce so far.

The plow does this every year. It won't melt until April. To give you a sense of scale, the top of the window to the right of the pile is 15 feet from the ground.
